Copper-Coated wire for MIG/CO2 Welding

CHARACTERISTICS :
"Premier" Jumbo Pac wires are copper coated solid steel wires particularly suitable for robotic welding. "Premier" wires are of unsurpassed quality & deposit excellent quality weld metal at high deposition rates. Labour and overhead are the most expensive factor in the welding operation, usually comprising more then 50% of the total cost. Welding the Jumbo pack provides on immediate means of cost reduction without an exorbitant investment in equipment.

Whether you are using wires on spool or bulk pack from other sources, it is easy to change to jumbo pac. The only accessories you will need are the wire conduit attachment, wire conduit and a quick connector.

Premier Jumbo Pac Wires are manufactured by special coppering process ensuring longer shelf life, easy feed and current pickup.
